IM Email Account Error

When setting Messengerup for the first time it came up with a message saying
email not verified even though the email address added was genuine.

Has anyone come across this before and if so does anyone have a solution

You'll need to click on the verification link in the verification e-mail that will be sent to
your e-mail address.

If you need another verification e-mail sent to you, just contact Passport Services (form is
at the bottom):
