Davey,
Install DirectX from the following location.... click the download link on
the webpage and when prompted click "open" not "save".

DirectX will not install the latest video drivers for you.....
If your not sure what video card you have do the following:
1. Click the start menu
2. Click on "run"
3. Type "dxdiag" and press enter
4. Click on the "save_all_information" button
5. Save the file to your harddrive and send us your dxdiag.txt

version of it but i cant seem to find it on my pc.. now does this mean its
