I have installed the 2003 version, and updated it with the latest updates
form the Microsoft website...but to no avail. Do I need to be connected to a
server or something - does it not run on its own within my Outlook? The
folders are in my folder list, it is enabled, but... nada. Any advice?
Thanks!

BCM's default configuration is on a single machine. Hosting it on a
server only appeared as an option in v3.

The bcm add-in is probably disabled.

Look in the Registry for something like:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.Connect and ensure
LoadBehavior is 3.

Thanks Luther... followed your advice... and it is already set to 3. Not
sure what the heck is up.
