Illegal What??

CS:05039 IP:ffe4 OP:fe ff 1d 09 21 Choose 'Close' to terminate the
application.'


i got this message when i clicked on 'run' and typed 'cmd'
when the message appears there is a beep
the message is titled '16 bit MS-DOS Subysystem'

what's goin on ??

As stated - you're in a hardware group and this isn't a hardware problem.
You're able to get your answer here however.
