Starting my computer this morning I got the following message.
RTHDCP.EXE-Illegal system DLL relocation
The system DLL usesr was relocated in memory. The application will not run
properly. The relocation occured because the DLl C:\windows\system
32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied and address range reserved for windows system DLL.
The vendor suppling the DLL should be contacted for anew DLL.I don't know who
the vendor is, nor do I know the program. Please advise.

First, you'll need to tell us the Windows version you're running.
Then, post your issue in a group dedicated to the appropriate Windows
version. For example, if you have Windows XP, post in:

microsoft.public.windowsxp.general

(This group is for .NET Framework issues).

I am running an Acer 4070 with windows XP Professional. Don't know how to get to Microsoft.public.windowsxp.general site.

This is a .Net Programming General Discussion newsgroup. If your question
is about Windows, please post it to a group with "Windows" in the
description.

I have the same problem. Did you happen to download the latest windows
update and then got this problem. Can't follow this discussion group, I
posted my message and didn't know where I was to go?
