Illegal Operation

When I do a search in Explorer and try to open one of them
I get:

"This program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down. If the issue persists, contact the program
vendor."

I can open a link if it's sent by e-mail but not thru
Explorer.

Maybe you should check if other programs are open, it may a
conflict issue, when closing other programs do the same
thing, but close the processes, not just the windows. Be
careful not to kill any process you havent started.
