illegal operation notice will not close

I sometimes get an IE6 error message window that states
illegal operation,will be shut down with invalid page
fault in mod KERNEL32.DLL under details. When I try to
close the notice with any method, it pops right back up
and I can't even access my programs with cntrl-alt-delete-
nothing happens when I do. The only way to get rid of it
is to turn off the power.
I'd appreciate any help.

There is a remedy for this but I cannot script it out of

my head but I just seen the fix on microsofts home page
under their support page.Hope this helps.
