Is there a service/business/individual that will convert
my CD-RW to DVD for me? I don't have a burner and don't
want to buy the software to do it.

If there was it would most likely be as expensive or more

than just going out and buying a factory new DVD burner...
Plus you'd still have your CD-RW. Most "burners" come with
at least decent software that works with that burner. ++
warranty!!
