IIS Virtual Folder?!

Hi,

I'm trying to setup my website that way:

New York --> http://www.mysite.com/us/ny/default.aspx
Massachusetts --> http://www.mysite.com/us/ma/default.aspx
Quebec --> http://www.mysite.com/ca/qc/default.aspx
Ontario --> http://www.mysite.com/ca/on/default.aspx

All these "default.aspx" must refer to the same file (located in
/default.aspx)

I know there is a kind of directory mapping in apache, but i really
don't know how to do that with iis... Any idea?
