I have IIS 5.0 running on Windows 2000 Advanced Server Platform (SP4). Our
server seems to be shutting down all by itself. Here are the errors we are
seeing: It happens every 3 to 5 days (after fresh reboot) and we've done
nothing new to the server. IIS can only be restarted with reboot. Else, it
keeps terminating.
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7031
The FTP Publishing Service service terminated
unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following
corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No
action.

Appreciate any help I can get. We are completed baffled!
