Hey there,

I'm not a server admin, but I'm trying to determine if
there is a way to give a user access to reboot IIS 5.0 on
Windows 2000 without giving them administrative access to
the whole box. If there is, could you let me know how?

Thanks,
Jeff Behnke

Yes you can give them START|STOP access to the w3svc service via the subinacl tool.
