IIS in vista

Hello dear friends ,
I'm using windows vista, i have seen the microsoft help abt installing IIS
7.0, as i follow the steps and chk the windows feature turn on but i didn't
see any node of IIS there is no any, pls tell me from where i can see that
and install IIS on my machine

IIS is not included in all flavors of Vista. Which one do you have?
