IIS and udp port 3456

I asked this question in IIS newsgroup but could not succed to get a
satisfactory answer.

Currently with IIS in XPe, inetinfo.exe opens the UDP port 3456 for
*.*, it seems that in IIS 6.0, MS has fixed this and udp port 3456 is
mapped to localhost only.

Question: is there any chance that this is backported to XPe SP2 ?

PS: I know how to filter it out, firewall it out, .....
