IIS and System Account !?

Hello anyone!

I was wondering if it is possible to run the World Wide Webserices under
another account than System Account and if.....then how!?

I have tried with a normal user = access denied
I have tried with an normal user with Administrator Rights = access denied

Please reply the group and send a mail to the adresse underneath.

Any help please!
