Hi

Can someone tell me where to get code for MS Access to export data as IIF
format (Intuit Interchange Format) for import to quickbooks.

The IIF format is quirky and not supported by Intuit.
There is some limited information on their website about the format.

The best way I've found to get something that works is to export a file from
QB as a text file, then write Access code that mimics this format and either
write to a file or export it. Then go into QB and test the new file.

It is time consuming busywork and each and every import gives you a chance
to make that QB file worthless. Work with a duplicate.

Peachtree is better and MYOB offers seamless ODBC integration.
