While putting page set up back under file, I accidently placed it next to
File, how do I remove it from there? Thanks again

With Tools | Customize open, must drag it to where it belongs. You'll have
to hover the mouse over the File menu till it opens, then drop it there.

The easiest way is to hold down the Alt key while you drag it off the
menu.

Another way is to open the Tools > Customize dialog, then right-click
the unwanted item and select Delete.

A third way is to go to the Toolbars tab of the Customize dialog,
click once on "Menu Bar", and click the Reset button (this may remove
all customizations in the menus, but I'm not sure, and I'm afraid to
try it <g>).

There are other ways (e.g., macros), but that's enough for now.
