IGP 320 chipset (Cant run 3dmark03 or 02)

My HP Pavilion has the IGP 320 chipset and I get this error stating I cant
run 3dmark03 & 3dmark02 because I dont have directx 8.1 installed. But the
problem is that I have the my current verison of directx. Are there any
workarounds this issus?

Wasn't there a fix for the DirectX detection bug released for 3DMark03,
or a new build (330 I *think*) ?

Well I've tried the newest build of 3dmark03 and still getting "dont have
8.1 directx installed"
