It would be helpful if there was a way to understand what the different reports - that weren't self explantory- mea
For example
in Business Contact History what if I wanted to see it for all of them not just one
Like what do the Status and Rating fields represent? Can I change the Status fields to something else instead of what is there
And what if you have no need for the fields that Microsoft ships to you..can you change them
