Windows XP Ignore 0s using Min/Max/Avg Functions across multiple spreadsheets

Does anyone know the syntax for a formula to return the minimum value of an array of numbers in multiple spreadsheets when the numbers are negative, while ignoring any 0 values?

Would also like to know how that syntax would change to return the maximum value and the average value with the same parameters above.

Any help anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately that is the way it looks...guess its back to the drawing board.
