Iframes with Data Results

Hi,
How can I get the use of Iframes with data results. What I would like to
see is the columns name of my table being static and the user being about to
scroll down to see the data while still seeing the column names.

What is DataViewer? What do I need to do to get sharepoint working? I have
a 2003 server, and frontpage extensions installed.. and what I thought
sharepoint.
Can anyone help me?

You have to download and install Windows Sharepoint Services.
