iframe and form text box

Is it possible to target the content from a forms page to a particular iframe
on a different page?
I have a page, "Managers Instruction Entry" that has two text boxes, one for
the date and one for the actual instructional text, along with the submit
button. I would like to put it at the top of an already built page by
sticking in the aforementioned iframe(if that is possible) rather than
redoing the whole page as a frames page.
Right now all I get is the text and date at the bottom of index.htm which is
where I have been putting the iframe. So I know the forms end of things is
working.
