If value betwenn 0% and 50% than yes

Hi guys
what is the formule for this problem
If the value of a cell is between 0% and 50% than yes else now

Thanks
 
Try something like

=IF(AND(A1>=0,A1<=0.5),"yes","no")

=IF(AND(A1,A1<50%),"Yes","Now")

(0% and 50% will both --> "Now" as they are not "between" as you specified)

as this is a programming forum

If Range("A1").Value <= 0.5 then
Range("A2").Value = "yes"
else
Range("A2").Value = "no"
end if

typo: Should have been =IF(AND(A1>0,A1<50%),1,0)

Not quite Patrick - you forgot about negative numbers.
Your solution should read
=IF(AND(A1>=0,A1<=0.5),"yes","no")

as this is a programming forum

If Range("A1").Value <= 0.5 AND Range("A1").Value >= 0 then
Range("A2").Value = "yes"
else
Range("A2").Value = "no"
end if

Also - the OP did use "yes" and "now".
