I perhaps set up 4 meetings a week. The trouble is, if not everyone accepts
the meeting I am not aware of that fact unless I go into the meeting and open
the page showing who has responded. Ideally outlook would email me a couple
of days prior to the meeting and say "hey, James, you know that meeting you
set up for Tuesday...well Brian has not accepted it yet and you said we'd not
have the meeting unless Brian was coming"
