IF Looking for exsample of 3 problem IF satment

I am a chef,
I work for a catering company, and am try to create a
spread sheet to steamline production.
1) I have a number of colums each colum repersents a
party,I wan't it to read (F2)IF>0 then give it a "P" for
Pie. If It is > then 21 give it a "1". If it Blank Leave
it "Blank"

If Someone could plase help It would be great!
