IF function

I would like to set up an "IF" "AND" function whereby, if
cell A has the word "Collins" in it, and cell B does not,
it returns true or false.

The problem is, the information I am importing puts 3 or
four words in a cell, only one of which may or may not be
the word "Collins". Further, the combination of words may
not be identical from import to import. For example, it
may read "Dual Collins FD-109", or it may read "Dual
Collins FD-109Y".

How can I ask Excel to look only for the word Collins, and
not a specific set of words?
