IF function help

Hi - I currently have this formula:

=IF(T2<10,â€Yâ€,†“)


Problem is, if cell T2 is blank/null, I still get a “Yâ€, but I don’t want
one. How can I enhance this formula so that it ignores null value in T2?

=IF(AND(T2<>"",T2<10),"Y","")
