IF Function and business days

I'm trying to create an IF function that will subtract one
date and time from another but must be less than another
time (different column). I will have the answer be "Yes"
and "No". I can enter the formula up to this point, but
am not sure how to calculate only certain days.

I would like to have the formula only calculate business
days.

M-F, 8 -5

Is this possible?
