I have a workbook with different worksheets that tracks different types of
trainings a person has taken. Is there a formula that can pull data
identifying if a person has completed all the trainings? I attempted an if
formula and it did not work. Help!!! Thanks you

You need to supply more information.
What formula did you try?
How is your data laid out?
What determines whether someone has completed all the trainings?

Thank you for responding....This is what I have. One workbook with separate
tabs/worksheets. Each worksheet contain a list of people who may or may not
have taken a specific training yet. If they have completed the training we
identify them by hilighting them and checking them off. My task is to
consolidate the 4 trainings and determine who has taken what training. My
lay out is basically a list of names, addresses, etc.... for each specific
training. I don't know how to set up the formula or function. Not sure of
how to choose my values. Thanks.

You haven't made it easy for yourself.

It is not possible for a standard Excel formula to check for highlighting.
You can if you write a macro, but that wouldn't be my first choice.

You also haven't described your data very well. You say "we identify them by
hilighting them". Is "them" the person's name, or the training module? "and
checking them off": How do you do this? Do you enter something in Excel to
"check them off"? You say you have demographic information "for each
specific training". Do you enter the person's name four times -- once for
each training module?

Your problem can be solved very easily with the right setup, so don't give
up. But to get the answers you need, you need to remember that other people
know nothing of your application.

Fred
