IF FIELD with DATES

Hi,

I'm having a few problems with dates when using an IF statement.

The statement I have is:

{ IF { Text3 }>{ Date} "OK" "REVIEW" }


Where Text3 = 01/10/2010
and Date = 16/10/2009 (Todays date)

The answer returned is REVIEW

Can anyone help?

You will need to apply formatting switches for this to work

{ IF {Text3 \@ "yyyyMMdd"} > {Date \@ "yyyyMMdd"} "OK "REVIEW"}
