i keep getting an error message stating "program has
performed illegal options" if problem persists call
vendor after downloading the IE 6.0 service pack. when I
click on details it says "IE has performed a general
fault". What is it? is IE6.0 not working. How do I get
rid of it? Do I need to go back to IE5.0 to use the
internet?

"Spyware" or "malware" can cause this type of problem.
