iexplorer exception at launch

I launch ie on any web site and it abends in dll
brcrjeecoash. I have done xp restore, delete and readd
accounts, and all the windows updates for the machine and
it still happens.
 
Thanks Frank. I learned my lesson about leaving my email address. I have been flooded with fake Microsoft updates with worms in them. Lucky I think that my ISP and antivirus catch I hope all of them
I renamed that offending program after I found it was not a Microsoft product and my ie started functioning again. I am about ready to reload my system and start over.
 
Is there anyway of getting my email off this site now? Do you know of anyway of stopping this email with all the virus and worms??
