IEXPLORE invalid pg fault Rpcrt4.dll

I am continuously receiving this error message. When I
search the knowledge base, it states that the latest
Internet Explorer version this applies to is IE 5.01. I
am currently running IE 6. Does anyone have any idea how
I can correct this problem? I have tried to update the
schannel.dll file and am told it is not necessary with the
version I am running.
