Iexplore.exe

keep getting error messages that say iexplore.exe has
created error and that windows will be shut down. How do
I correct this problem?
 
Maybe by upgrading Internet Explorer with all service packs and fixes;
or uninstalling it and re-installing it.

There have been cases where people had TWO copies of Internet Explorer
in different directories and were using one (most of the time by shortcut)
while
the other was being "upgraded" due to registry entries.

Consider searching your drive for multiple copies....

Ok, maybe he should do that -- but I already suggested that to him
(in the message to which you responded) so do you have any specific
reason for the repetition of the suggestion...?
