IEXPLORE.EXE SLOWS DOWN COMPUTER BIG TIME!!!

Hello,
Everytime I try and use the Internet Explorer web based appication for
my company, my Internet Explorer almost comes to a complete freeze making my
CPU usage under task manager reach 100%. Can you help me either get rid of
it or repair it?
