Once in a while, this happens: I close the Yahoo browser and all applications
running. All I have is the desktop with nothing running. A while after, the
fan starts to breathe heavily, I check the task manager and there it is:
IExplore.exe is running in the processes taking 100% CPU. I need to re-boot
to make it disappear. This happens to both my computer (Win 2000 Pro) and the
kids computer (Win XP SP2). We are on a Linksys wireless network with a
Verizon DSL line. Both boxes are protected with Norton 2005, MS Antispyware,
AdAware and Spybot with the latest definitions and up to date MS Update
patches. Both firewalls are on ( Norton and XP SP2). Please let me know.
Thank you all.
