IEXPLORE.EXE crash message

I get this message when shutting down the PC, also
sometimes when running IE:

iexplore - application error

The instruction at "0x021137d8" referenced memory
at "0x021137d8". The memory could not be "read".

click on ok to terminate the program.

Any ideas?

Does anyone have any input on this one? I have been
searching for info for a while and I am having great
difficulty finding the meaning of this.
