iexplore.exe causing High CPU utilization

Not yet,
I have also ran the SFC utility, and even doen a reinstall
of IE. My cookies, temp IE files and history are cleaned
out every day as well. File xfer Throughput is normal, so
I think it is a resource issue somehow but I have shut
down all processes and services not needed to run Windows,
and it still isnt right.
 
A long shot.
Store.exe uses a higher percentage of your CPU resources than you expect.

Check for a new type or variant of parasites.

Download "Hijack This!" [freeware] or download direct (below):
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip

If you get a 404 error or Access denied, try:
http://216.180.252.218/~spywareinfo.com/downloads/tools/hijackthis.zip

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")
