iexplore.exe application error

Every time I close out Internet Explorer I get this
message:
"Instruction at (10 digit#) referenced memory at (10
digit #). Memory could not be read. Click OK to
terminate the program. When I click OK the program
closes down ok. Anybody know why I am getting that
message each time?
 
There couldbe alot of reason y you are getting this
meassage. i suggesty that you download the latest version
of IE
