iexplore.exe Application Error

Hi, I occassionally get the following error message when loggin off on
Internet Explorer:
"The Instruction at "0x01c33e8d" referenced memory at "0x01c33e8d". The
memory could not be read."
Any ideas whats causing this and how I can stop this? Am a relative
novice........

First eliminate any spyware.
