IEXPLORE causes invalid page fault

When I attempt to log on to Yahoo Mail, Monster or similar
sites I get an error message that follows. Any idea why?
What can I do to fix it?

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:64365151.
