Please help! My HSI server home page will not come up when I try to access the web with Internet Explorer. it hangs up trying to find the proxy settings and when I escape out I get this message:
The instruction at "0x018b1208" referenced memory at "0x018b1208". The memory could
not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.
Everytime I exit Internet Explorer I get this popup. My HSI server says I have an internal problem with my computer. i tried a system restore as far back as I could get but it still occurs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The memory could not be "read" issues.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
