IEEE 802.11 Wireless fail to connect

The Lucient WaveLAN Turbo 11 Mb Gold PCMCIA card will
install on XP Pro, connet to the net (ADSL) but will lose
it in about 20 seconds.

Please help!

Change the channel that it operates on for starters.

Eliminate cordless phones that might operate on the same frequency in that
area.

Check if your neigbors are also running wireless networks that might cause
interference.

Move the computer closer to the router to test range.
