IE7 Vista Ultimate flickering

I have Vista Ultimate and my IE7 flickers on most every page, I have removed
flash and it still does it....
I am about to install another browser so I can view web pages again.
My video card is a ATI radeon x300 /x550 with the latest drivers help
PLEASE......

Same problem on a Dell with the same card...swapped it out for a x1300 and
problem solved....
