IE7 Security Information Pop disabling

Sorry folks I am having a mental block.

I have just done an Update for XP, I don't know whether it is linked or not
but all of sudden I am getting the Security Information box popping up
telling me "There are Secure and Non Secure Items on the page" Do I want to
view both, each time I click on a link.

How do I turn it off? I have loooked in Tools/Internet Options/Advanced but
obviously am not seeing the appropriate option.
