Hi Frank,
I am giving up! I think Microsoft downloaded a freak or unusual IE 7
application on me. None of the suggestions 1,2 or 3 below worked, as they
were not where indicated. If I can find out how to delete IE7, I will go
ahead and install the new one. I do not want to install the new one over
the old since it is not the same Ver#.
Many thanks for trying to help.
Best Regards
Pat

: I know of three causes for the vast majority of such problems:
: 1. Incompatible add-ons: What if you right click the IE icon on the
desktop
: and choose Start Without Add-ons?
: Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
: Explorer (No Add-ons).
:
: 2. Tools | Internet Options | Advanced
: Scroll to the bottom and click Reset Internet Explorer Settings.
