IE7 problem

I am getting a lot of problems with IE7 lately -- the window comes up but it
doesn't connect to a website, it connects to the first website in my home
page group but hangs before connecting to the rest, it freezes randomly ...
I am runnin XP Home SP2 fully patched. Do I need to reinstall IE7 and if so
how do I do this?
