IE7 Phishing filter slowdown fix

Didn't realize when I posted this that it was included in the updates that
Vista owners have gotten from the Windows update site.

I turn that off anyway, as it slows surfing down. If I ever see a dodgy
looking website, I use it manually. I have, however, never needed to use
it.

If it looks dodgy, it just means it's amateur fishing because the whole idea
of fishing is to mimic legit site as good as possible.

Okay, 'sense' something dodgy going on then, is what I meant. The only
phishing sites that I have stumbled across were Paypal and eBay ones, and I
realised what was going on very quickly, for a number of reasons.
