IE7 Page View

When I view a certain web page, the right side of the page is cut off. I've
tried zooming out, changing text size and deleting all browsing history
including temp. files and cookies. I get a horizontal scroll bar, but when I
scroll over, the right side is still missing. How can I fix this? Please
Help!

It will sure help if you tell us if this is with all websites or just one
(in which case we can't have a look unless you give us the address).

Some web pages are just coded that way - taking into account a specific
screen resolution. Some web sites can detect your screen resolution and
display the appropriate page for said resolution. If it's just one site
that's doing this, then it's probably written for a higher screen
resolution, and the only thing you can do is to switch your system to a
higher one - not worth it just for one page. Most sites are written for
800x600 and display full-screen in a full-opened IE window. Those that are
coded for a higher resolution will force you to use the horizontal scroll
bar. Or the opposite - when viewing a page coded for 800x600 and you're
running at a higher resolution, there'll be blank areas to the right of the
page. (And that's where some sites insert ads, for instance msnbc.com.) If
you'd give the URL of the site in question, we can have a look and see just
what the case is with that site.
