IE7 No Folders View In Toolbar?

Couldn't find an IE7 group yet so thought I might try here.

Is there a way to add a folders view (icon) to the toolbar? I often
like to access Windows Explorer from inside the browser but IE7 does
not seem to have the folder icon anymore when customizing the toolbar.
Any workarounds or suggestions appreciated. Thanks
