IE7 - How to turn on discussions?

Hi,

I am using the Discussions feature of internet explorer within sharepoint
and I just realized I don't have any more the "Discuss" button in the browser
as suggested by this message:
"If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later, you can turn on
discussions by clicking on the “Discuss†button in the browser. Otherwise,
if you’re a member of a SharePoint site, go to the Discussion Boards page of
the site, and click Discuss a Document."
Where is it gone?
 
As per the release notes etc. linked on the IE7 download page...all IE7
questions should go to
